We have an exciting opportunity for Real Estate Agents to join our team! We are seeking new and experienced Buyer’s Agents to join our team!

Essential duties:

  • Attend weekly trainings with the Sales Team
  • Host Open Houses
  • Train and adopt our systems and processes to be a successful Agent
  • Contract negotiations
  • Successfully support your leads and clients through the home-buying (and selling) experience
  • Professionally represent the Fred Delgado Group at all times
  • Effectively communicate with your clients, leads, other Agents, and our team on a regular basis
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest market trends and analysis
  • Consistently set and achieve weekly and monthly goals
  • Seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.
  • Prospect through your own sphere and leads provided to you on a daily basis

Who we want on our Team for this role:

  • State Real Estate License required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Experience with BoomTown a plus but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and organizational skills
  • Must have strong relationship management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be self-motivated, driven, and passionate to be part of a winning team
  • Must be able to adapt and flex to a changing environment
  • Will be required to drive personal vehicle on company business
  • Must have a professional appearance and attitude for yourself and all team members and our clients
  • Must be willing to learn new systems and skills
  • Serve your leads and clients with the best service possible
